1. General Terms

By using the betpas.best website and its associated mobile application (collectively, the "betpas Platform"), you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between betpas and its members or users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use betpas.

2. Membership & Registration

To create an account and use betpas services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

3. Account Verification (KYC)

Betpas complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, you may be required to submit identity verification documents under certain circumstances.

When Verification Is Required

Betpas reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳300. There is no maximum limit, though larger amounts may require verification.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using someone else's Mobile Pay or Nagad is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually instant. If there's a delay, please contact support.
• betpas does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified payment method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes–24 hours. VIP members receive priority.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings received with a bonus.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Each member is eligible to receive it once.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified period after claiming a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete the wagering requirement (typically 20x–35x).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse or distributing bonuses across a group of accounts is strictly prohibited.

Cashback Bonus

Cashback bonuses are generally awarded on a weekly or monthly basis and apply to losses up to a specified amount. Cashback funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are added to your betting balance and become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6. Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is successfully placed, a confirmation message will appear in your account and the bet amount will be deducted from your balance. Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match or event is officially cancelled by the organizer, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.

Live Betting

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpas and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform to launder money or process illegal funds.
• Hacking, use of bots, or any automated software on the betpas system.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Betpas may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If false information provided at registration is proven.
• If there are signs of suspicious financial transactions or potential fraud.
• To protect the member in the event of suspected account hacking or unauthorized access.

Upon account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, betpas reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance.

Closing Your Account

Any member can close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please make sure to withdraw your remaining balance before closing your account.

9. Responsible Gaming

Betpas believes online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or addiction. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Each member can set their own deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to block your account for a period of 1 week to 5 years.

11. Limitation of Liability

Betpas is not responsible for the following:

• Any bet lost or altered due to an internet connection failure.

Betpas is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses beyond the amount wagered. Maximum liability is limited to your actual account balance.
